Everything about My Roommates totally explained" My Roommates" is the 86th episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired on February 22, 2005.
Plot
Carla and Turk want J.D. to move out of the apartment since they think he's the reason that they're not getting along. J.D. makes a deal with them that if they can last a week without him, he'll move out for good. J.D. wants to move in with Kylie, but she's insecure about it. After a couple of days Turk and Carla see that they need J.D. in the apartment because he cleans, and keeps them entertained (like gossiping, which, evidently, Elliot doesn't know how to do, and playing a game Turk calls "Finger or Toe") . After moving from place to place his girlfriend lets him move in, but Turk and Carla enter the room and tell J.D. they want him back. When J.D. chides them for not being able to manage without him, Turk and Carla realize that their relationship is in trouble.
Dr Cox's friend, Ron, is coming to visit. They have a history of competing each other on everything. Now they're using their sons to see who's better by using building blocks. Cox realizes that Ron's son, Nathan, is autistic, and is forced to tell Ron.
Trivia
- This is the first episode in which Dr. Kelso hasn't appeared.
- John McGinley (the actor who plays Dr. Cox) is actually the parent of a child with Down's Syndrome. He can be seen wearing wristbands for charities created for parents and children living in such situations.
